We offer you beautiful apartments situated directly at the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in Dziwnówek, a charming and quiet town. The area with garage spaces and utility rooms is on the underground storey, while garden rooms are located on top 12th storey.

Comfort and safety

The building will be fenced off, monitored and guarded. PORTA MARE Sp. z o.o. will professionally administer the area. Administration of the apartments in the building on your commission will also be possible. The apartments overlook a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the Wrzosowo Gulf and a pine forest surrounding the building.

Beach, SPA, swimming pool, sports hall, playing fields, tennis court...

The descent to the beach is situated in the immediate vicinity of the building. A neighbouring seaside resort called Wind Rose, belonging to PORTA MARE Sp. z o.o., is being modernised and extended. Its facilities such as a swimming pool, sports hall, basketball court, squash and tennis courts will be at your disposal. The owner plans to add a wellness & spa base with physiotherapeutic programme on the premises of the resort, which will help restore psychic, physical and emotional balance.

Attractive neighbourhood

Dziwnówek is a small, quiet and scenic resort town located on a clean and free from industrial pollution coast in the north-western part of West Pomerania Province. The town is sited between the Baltic waters and the Wrzosowo Gulf, surrounded by a pine forest. Its mild maritime climate is extremely healthy for human body. For the amateurs of sea and sunbathing a sandy beach stands open. Naturally, the descent to the beach is a disabled-friendly path. In 2006 the European Commission put all the seaside in the area of Dziwnów district on a list of beaches that meet the highest standards.

Dziwnówek is a typically tourist and ecological town functioning without big companies or plants which might pollute the natural environment. The curative microclimate is advisable for people who suffer from respiratory, circulatory and metabolic problems.

Walking about 6 km along the sea or through the forest you will reach Łukęcin, a village with a stud farm. 3 km in the opposite direction from Dziwnówek you will find Dziwnów and its marina, where in the summer season you may admire yachts from all over the world. What is also worth visiting in the area is an interesting construction of a drawbridge on the Dziwna River. 8 km to the south of Dziwnówek there is a town called Kamień Pomorski, where you can visit the Kamień Reservoir and every Friday in the historic Cathedral you can listen to a magnificent concert on a pipe organ.

Dziwnówek is an important interchange, as it joins two regional roads leading to the seaside: road 102 from Międzyzdroje to Kamień Pomorski and road 103 coming from the east along the coast. The town can be reached by car, by bus or by the use of local transport companies. Bus lines arrive at the town centre.

The amateurs of an active lifestyle should not be bored because Dziwnówek has:

• a seasonal funfair - attractive for both children and adults,

• a bike and go-kart hire,

• cycle routes (e.g. to Łukęcin, Pobierowo, Dziwnów, Wrzosowo, Kamień Pomorski and further away),

• hiking trails such as the European Walking Route E9 (red trail), a blue trail from Dziwnówek to Pobierowo.

In the area you can also find:

• a golf course which holds many tournaments (Łukęcin about 5 km away and Kołczewo about 13 km away),

• a horde riding and hippotherapy centre (Wrzosowo about 2 km away, Trzęsacz about 13 km away),

• cruises on the ships "Korsarz" and Wiktoria on the sea or the Kamień Reservoir from Dziwnów.
